• Rental and utility assistance program for people who are homeless or about to become homeless
• The household must be at or below 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI)
• Household must have a court ordered eviction
• Household must have a shut off notice from the utility company
• Household must have an initial consultation with a case manager/representative to determine the appropriate type of assistance to meet their needs
