Full Time w/benefits.  Floater Position guaranteed 40 hours (all days/shifts, rotated as needed)  Position requires a HS Diploma/GED, 2 years of childcare related work experience and a valid PA Driver's License.  Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

We are looking for individuals to assist in providing a safe, high quality program for the children who attend our daycare.  We believe that children are to be treated as individuals with love and respect for their specific emotional, physical, cognitive and social skills.  Our Assistant Teachers plan daily activities that help our children progress toward higher levels of achievement. 

Position requires that you be flexible with your schedule to ensure we are able to meet the requirements of ratio as it changes with the daily needs of the center.

In these positions individual schedules are based on the need to cover employees out on medical leave, vacations or other situations where coverage is needed.  Days and times vary according to need.

FT w/benefits.  Must be dependable.  Position requires a current CDL with "S" Endorsement and a good driver history. 

Our bus drivers work split shifts to meet the needs of transporting our Learning Center children to/from all of the elementary schools in the Reading School District.  During the summer months bus drivers are utilized to transport children to summer camp and daily activities provided by the Learning Center.

Flexibility is needed due to early school dismissals and the scheduling of summer activities.
